The Best home workout plan for any level of fitness enthusiast

Recently, while being on holiday with my family my workouts were seriously affected. I could never manage to consistently find time to go to the gym. However, in no mood to lose them gains, I started toiling around the internet and designing a home workout plan which would take less time to perform. But obliterate my body in such a way that I would feel every muscle in my body pumped.

With serious research, I figured out a plan which should have anyone ready to go.

The Home Workout Plan:

The workout plan includes 5 working days, with 2 rest days. Further-more, it's an upper/lower body split with a day focused on stretching and recovery:

  1. Upper Body
  2. Lower Body
  3. Rest
  4. Upper Body
  5. Lower Body
  6. Stretching & Recovery
  7. Rest

The plan is centered around letting your muscles recover, for better progress when you start hitting the gym more consistently later. The only things required for the plan itself is a chair, a bag and books or objects you can use as weights. For beginners, it's preferred they focus on perfecting the form with body weight only.

3-4 Sets of 10-12 Reps for each exercise will make a solid workout. This will get beginners prepared for the gym. Moreover, it'll help people at advance levels of training, not lose their gains but in-turn put on some muscle alongside recovery. Furthermore, if you're a beginner planning to get into the gym soon, here are 5 mistakes you should avoid at all costs. Get Smashing.
